  • Create a Sober Social Club with substance-free events

  • Expand counseling services to include substance-specific support

Take Action

 Students can:

  • Make informed choices
  • Support friends who may be struggling
  • Normalize saying “no”

College (UMSL) Administration:

  • Increase awareness campaigns
  • Improve access to counseling services
  • Create more substance-free social opportunities

Real change happens when both students and the university take action.
